Tax invoice:
A payment receipt will be issued automatically for all card payments.

The organizer will issue and email you the tax invoice within a few days of registration.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made on or before May 12, 2025 are subject to a 100 EUR processing fee.
The remaining registration fee will be refunded no earlier than one month after the end of the Seminar.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 12, 2025.

By train

Ostrava Railway Station, CZ – SHUTTLE BUS AVAILABLE
Ostrava railway station is 70 km from Hotel Horal. There are several direct train connections from Prague, Vienna or Katowice to Ostrava.
A shuttle bus service will be organized. The transport fee is 190 EUR for a round trip.
If planning to use the shuttle bus service, please indicate it in the Registration.

Vsetín Railway Station, CZ – SHUTTLE BUS AVAILABLE
Vsetín railway station is 40 km from Hotel Horal. There are several direct train connections from Prague to Vsetín.
A shuttle bus service will be organized. The transport fee is 100 EUR for a round trip.
If planning to use the shuttle bus service, please indicate it in the Registration.

By car

Wellness Hotel Horal is located approx. 8 km from the crossroads to Soláň (at the beginning of the village of Velké Karlovice).

Special rates have been obtained at two hotels located in Velké Karlovice:

Rates per night:
3500 CZK/room • Single occupancy

Accommodation is to be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out; both hotels accept payment cards.

Both hotels are of high quality and include wellness facilities. Hotel Horal also offers thermal swimming pool, sport center, and 9-hole golf course.

Free shuttle service will be available between hotels.

Please indicate your hotel preference, as well as check-in and check-out dates in the Registration.
Rooms will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

You will receive a confirmation once your booking has been reviewed and approved by the event team.

LECTURES & POSTERS

Contributors will include invited lectures, regular lectures and posters.
Contributors are asked to submit abstracts (approx. 200 words) by February 28, 2025 via email to seminar@gsl.cz.

Notification of acceptance of papers or posters will be sent by e-mail.

Oral presentations will be limited to 20 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for discussion.
Posters will be presented in a separate session.

Authors are required to bring their presentation on a USB flash drive to the Seminar.
A PC and a digital projector will be available.

All contributions (in PDF format) will be published on the Seminar website.
Please send them to seminar@gsl.cz until June 30, 2025.
